TURKEY TAIL /  is one of a variety of mushrooms that have been used for medicinal purposes for centuries in Asia.And while turkey tail mushrooms are purported to have numerous health benefits, one that particularly stands out is its reputation for boosting the immune system to fight off cancer.

LIONS MANE  /  also known as hou tou gu or yamabushitake, are large, white, shaggy mushrooms that resemble a lion’s mane as they grow. They have both culinary and medical uses in Asian countries like China, India, Japan and Korea. Lion’s mane mushrooms contain bioactive substances that have beneficial effects on the body, especially the brain, heart and gut.

We also provide the growing substrate for you to inject your mushroom culture into or substrate to add spawn, all comes in 1 or 2kg.
